- Your custom order is not produced as per your approved artwork.
- There are some printing errors.
- Your Custom Boxes are defective or damaged.
Items Not Eligible For Return
- Look for the items that we do not accept for returns.
- If the error is on the customer's end, like typos in the submitted artwork.
- Incorrect measurement for the boxes’ sizes from the customer's end.
- Products that are opened, used, or altered.
- If our team found no claim defect or printing error in the customized packaging boxes.
How to Request a Return or Reprint

- Share the clear photos of the damaged boxes.
- A quick investigation is done on the basis of the given images.
- If our team finds the issue, we will offer a free reprint. In special cases, we offer a refund or credit.
- After design approval, the customers cannot cancel the order.
A chargeback is not an option; however, the company will provide a free reprint of the order if the issue with the product is proven to be on the company's end
