The Custom Boxes have been fantastic to deal with! Sam has looked after me every step of the way with a friendly attitude and genuine care to help my little business succeed. Communication is always prompt and all of my orders have arrived really quickly....

The boxes themselves are beautiful quality too. As a business just starting out they were able to offer me smaller print runs and still maintain competitive prices. I think one of the most revealing things about a business is how they deal with mistakes (all businesses make them no matter how big or small), and after experiencing my first little hiccup with an order I can safely tell you that Sam at The Custom Boxes is fantastic! The issue was dealt with quickly and compassionately and gave me great confidence that this is the company for me to move my business forward with. Now as my little business grows I am so thankful to have found somebody that I can rely on to deliver the productreviews I need, and hope to be doing business with them for a long time to come!
